From our farms in the Kiewa, Mitta and Ovens & King Valleys, milk is collected daily and handled with care at every step of the journey. We work with trusted processing partners to ensure quality is maintained from paddock to product.
Our milk goes on to support a range of Australian food producers, manufacturers and retailers, helping deliver high‑quality dairy products to communities across the country.

Milawa Cheese Co.
Milawa Cheese has been bringing people together for generations, crafting beautiful, handcrafted cheeses using high-quality milk from the local region. With a focus on tradition, care, and rich flavour, each cheese reflects the heritage of the area and the simple pleasure of sharing good food with family and friends.
Fun fact: Milawa Cheese Company began in 1988 in a historic butter factory, using locally sourced milk, much like today’s co‑operative model helping support regional farmers and grow the High Country into a much-loved food destination.
